Register and Set Up as a Standard or VIP membership
Start by creating an account on Paideia, where you can choose between two membership options: Standard and VIP. The Standard membership is free of charge. Once registered, students can search for and select a tutor tailored to their specific needs.
Find the Right Tutor
Our intuitive search tool allows students to browse tutor profiles based on qualifications, experience, and student’s own goals. Students can carefully select the tutor that best fits their learning objectives and requirements.
Book a Lesson
After choosing the tutor, students can easily book a lesson at a time that suits them from the tutor’s available schedule. Whether it’s a one-off session or regular lessons, our platform offers flexibility to accommodate student’s timetables.
Join the Online Lesson
After the payment, students can join the online lessons. At the scheduled time, students join lessons via our secure virtual platform. The online classroom is equipped with features such as video, audio, chat, and screen-sharing capabilities, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.
Tailored Learning Experience
The tutor will deliver one-to-one, tailored tuition based on the student’s needs and learning pace. Whether they need help with exam preparation, assignments, or understanding difficult topics, our tutors are committed to helping them succeed.
Homework & Feedback
During the session, tutors assign homework to students through our educational platform, where they will also review and mark the work. After each session, students receive personalised feedback from their tutor, helping to monitor progress and highlight areas for improvement. This approach ensures that the student's learning plan is consistently adapted to align with their goals and needs.
Continuous Support
Our tutors are available to provide ongoing support, whether students are preparing for exams, working on coursework, or aiming to enhance their understanding of a subject. they can book additional sessions as needed.
Payment & Refund
We offer flexible payment options, including paying per course or paying a package in advance. All payments are processed securely through our platform. In the event of cancellation or unforeseen circumstances, we provide a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency. If a student needs to cancel a course, cancellation and refund must be processed 24 hours before the course starts.
